COVID-19 UPDATE

We are excited to share that we are accepting reservations!

Our highest responsibility is to ensure the health and safety of our guests and employees. We continue to follow the latest advice and recommendations from the Center of Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) and work closely with public health officials to assure we are taking all necessary precautions to protect our guests and employees.

In response to COVID-19, Essex House by Clevelander has implemented several necessary changes and procedures to assure your safety through a program called Cleve Cares.  The program will include such elements as a seal to indicate that the room has been deep-cleaned; the removal of clutter in guest rooms like pens, paper and flyers; hand-sanitizer stations placed throughout the property; high-touch areas that will receive extra EPA-registered disinfection; new cleaning and occupancy limits for all food and beverage outlets; and social distancing requirements property-wide.  Click below for more information on the program details.

As we all start to adjust to this new normal, we want to make sure you feel safe and comfortable when making plans to visit us and alleviate any concerns you may have.  With that, we are implementing a flexible cancellation policy with a full refund issued if canceled 24 hours prior to reservation.   For further information, our dedicated team is standing by to answer any questions at (877) 532-4006.
