From June 25 to December 31, 2010, if guests change or cancel a reservation because their stay will be negatively impacted by the Gulf Oil Spill or a Hurricane*, cancellation fees will be waived and a Vacation Ambassador will help them make arrangements for a new vacation for a different time. *Hurricane threat must mean Miami Beach, FL is within a Hurricane Watch or Warning. If a Hurricane Threat is announced during a stay, early departure fees will be waived.
